Natural Skin Nutrition wants customers to be satisfied with their products and purchases. As such, please understand that we do not accept returns, We do not resell products that have left our facility as they are considered to be of "used" or "opened" product status. Natural Skin Nutrition provided hand crafted and designed New products for personal use. If you have a problem with a purchase, please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the product, we may, at our discretion, replace the product with another product of the customers choosing or provide a store credit for future use. Natural Skin Nutrition reserves the right to review the circumstances and conditions regarding any notice of a product with a problem.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Shipping in hot weather may cause some items to melt during shipping, lease note no refunds will be provided. you may wish to use an expedited shipping carrier. Natural Skin Nutrition is not responsible for the conditions of the shippers' vehicles, weather ground truck, air transportation or other means. We cannot control temperatures inside delivery vehicles.
